Mengingat : 1. Kebutuhan pangsa pasar yang demikian makro ( Hotel, Perumahan, resturan, supermaket, lapangan golf, developer, pabrik,perkantoran,para uahawan ekportir dll ) tingkat pemahaman individu semakin tinggi akan tingkat kualitas hidup disekitarnya harus dalam kondisi bersih. Apalagi dari tinjauan pendapatan perkapita pertahun [ GNP ]manusia semakin tinggi tingkat ekonominya maka sangat membutuhkan kondisi clean dari tempat tinggal serta area managament perusahaannya [ dari kaca mata disiplin ilmu Hygienis Lingkungan kesehatan adalah modal dasar setiap personal untuk melaksanakan aktivitasnya kesehariannya ]. 2. Perihal perdagangan hampir setiap komoditi yang ada di wilayah inter nal negri sendiri maupun internasional [ perdagangan antar negara ] beberapa contoh komod\iti yang ada antara lain cengkeh, cocoa/coklat, tembakau, beras jagung,kelapa dll.Pembeli/buyer diluar negri sangat riskan sekali apabila komoditi tersebut banyak hamanya,barang tersebut bisa tidak diterima/ dikembalikan pada pemiliknya. 3. Secara umum pemahaman makrositasnya pest control kita menanganinya dalam ruang lingkup disiplin Ilmu Hygienis Lingkungan dalam ruang lingkup mikro menekan tingkat populasi hama basic keilmuannya PHT [ pengendalian hama terpadu ].
Menimbang : segala permasalahan diatas maka sangat diperlukan perusahaan pest control mulai hari ini hingga kedepannya perlu pemahaman lebih detail bahwa peralatan di dalam perusahaan pest control hingga detik ini belum ada buatan dalam negeri kesemuannya masih ketergantunggan tehnical equipment ( Amerika, Jepang, Korea, Sponyol, Jerman dll ) dari luar negeri perlu pemahaman lebih jauh peralatan ini dalam maintain perawatan tidak ada bengkelnya, itu pun diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang terlibat diharuskan jadi beberapa disiplin ilmu ( pertanian kimia, mesin, teknik sipil, include beberapa personal manajemen HRD, Marketing dll. ). Perkembangan ilmu pest control tidak pernah stag nasi setiap waktu berkembang oleh sebab itu kita tidak perlu punya ketergantungan dari satu negara manapun justru hal ini akan menjadi lebih baik kita bisa komunikasi maupun mengadopsi kemajuan ilmu pest control dari benua manapun ( Amerika, Australi, Eropa, Asia ) apabila perlu kita mengadakan riset/R&D sendiri dalam hal tata cara tehnical pelaksanaan ramah lingkungan.
Memutuskan : mengingat dan menimbang perihal permasalahan diatas maka diperlukan perusahaan pest control mulai hari ini hingga ke depan untuk menangani dan memberantas permasalahan hama yang dapat menyerang apapun yang ada di lingkungan kita ( Hotel, Perumahan, Restouran, Lapangan golf, Pabrik – pabrik dll ). Dengan dukungan tehnical equipment dan sumber daya manusia yang terlibat didalam perusahaan pest control maka masalah yang ada dapat tertanggulangi dengan efektif dan tidak merusak lingkungan karena tata cara untuk pelaksanaan pemberantasan kita selalu mengadakan riset /R&D sendiri.
